Uriel Meshoulam is a clinical psychologist from Cambridge, MA.

He received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the State University of New York, interning at Harvard University, and later studied philosophy at Tufts University and Boston University, where he received an M.A. in philosophy.

His work draws on decades of psychotherapy practice, teaching, and reflection on psychology, philosophy, perception, and meaning in life.

His forthcoming book, Just Right, explores why human beings flourish between boredom and overload - the Goldilocks zone of the mind. His teachers who most influenced his thinking include James Mancuso, Viktor Frankl, and Daniel Kahneman.
